Phil is an IT security professional, currently performing a senior security management and compliance position within a highly regulated professional services sector. His career in IT and the professional service industry spans the past twenty years. This includes the implementation, management and improvement of quality/security management systems and outsourced IT hosting services, according to industry best practices. Phil’s IT security experience is underpinned by a collection of quality assurance, computer systems validation and data integrity-based roles.
Phil possesses a broad and deep understanding of enterprise security and high availability through resilience, scalability and performance, having delivered customer focused solutions and supported diverse stakeholders in both small business enterprises and large multinational leading organisations.

Prof. Andrew Geens
Andrew Geens is a Director of BG Consult Ltd based in South Wales. He retired as a Director and Head of Certification at CIBSE Certification Ltd in September 2022, and now works with them as a consultant supporting the business in the operation of personnel certification schemes primarily associated with the energy performance of buildings and management system certifications schemes for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001. Andrew represents the UK as an expert on the BSI Energy Management Committee and regularly conducts 3rd party ISO 14001 & 50001 audits. He is also working with Securafirm to offer support in implementing ISO 14001 & 50001 systems including conducting audits and gap analyses.

Kate Chapman
Kate has 18 years’ experience working in the education sector as a pastoral leader. With a foundation in teaching and a passion for safeguarding information, Kate brings a unique perspective to cybersecurity.
Working across 3 schools both in the UK and internationally she is used to handling the most sensitive of data, including child protection information, medical details and discipline records. In her most recent role, she was part of the wider leadership team as the school undertook ISO 27001 certification.
Kate is a passionate advocate for cybersecurity awareness, spreading knowledge to empower individuals and organisations to protect and enable their business.
As a former educator, Kate possesses exceptional communication skills, and her specialism is in cyber security awareness and training. She can breakdown complex cybersecurity concepts into digestible insights, ensuring that everyone can understand and take action.
